Program: The Harvest Gold Village Senior Housing Facility is an 80 unit, affordable senior apartment complex. Each unit will be equipped with a kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. The facility will also have several common areas for recreation, computer access and laundry facilities. Funding for the Loveland Elderly Housing Development comes from the Retirement Housing Foundation, a national non-profit organization in Long Beach, California that specializes in providing a range of housing options and services for the elderly. The development is a 4.3 acre site in the Harvest Gold Subdivision in northwest Loveland and is a three-story, 60,000 square foot facility.
